CLL cells (N=3) were co-cultured with CD40L-expressing stroma for 24 hours, followed by incubation with 2 - 12 microM BMS-345541 or vehicle control for 24 h. Cells were lysed and subjected to immunoblotting. 1 out of 3 representative images is shown.
