Abstract: Supplemental Figure 2. Peripheral blood leukocyte controls for tumor cell line co-cultures showing baseline and increased IL-2 production and T cell activation after CD3/CD28 stimulation. Healthy donor peripheral blood leukocytes (PBL) were cultured alone in the presence or absence of anti-CD3/CD28 stimulation beads, as experimental controls for tumor cell line-PBL co-cultures. Mean (n=4) IL-2 production and T cell activation (percent CD25+ of CD3+ T-cells) is shown.
