Abstract: Treatment with GSK461364 induced ABCB1 and ABCC1 expression in NSCLC cells at high concentrations. NSCLC cell lines were incubated with dimethyl sulfoxide (vehicle control) or volasertib for 2 hours at the indicated concentrations. Cells were then lysed and subjected to Western blotting with the indicated primary antibodies.
