Abstract: PLEKHA5 silencing in A375Br and YUMUL cells at different siRNA concentrations. A375Br and YUMUL cells were transfected with siRNA against PLEKHA5 at three different doses (10 nmol/L, 20 nmol/L and 40 nmol/L) or a nontargeting control siRNA (40 nmol/L) (Control). Knock-down is demonstrated by Western blot.
