Abstract: Effect of astrocytes on PLEKHA5 silencing and cell viability in A375Br cells. Cells were transfected with 40 nmol/L of PLEKHA5 siRNA in conditional medium of astrocytes for 96 h. Cell viability of A375Br cells cultured in the absence or presence astrocytes was similarly inhibited by PLEKHA5 siRNA.
