Abstract: Supplementary Fig. 4. AM and PC-Exosomes modestly upregulate insulin gene expression. All studies were done using INS-1, a rat β-cell line. (A) Relative expression of insulin genes INS1 and INS2 in response to varying concentrations (1, 20, or 40 pM) of AM and AM inhibitor AM 22-52. (B) Western blot analysis of insulin protein output in response to 1, 20, or 40 pM of AM. 20 µg of protein lysate was loaded.
