Abstract: Supplementary Fig. 1. NanoTracker results of PC-Exosome isolated from PC patient-derived cell lines and patient plasma. (A-B) PC-Exo isolated from a PC patient-derived cell line show the majority of microparticles are of exosomal size ([A] mode, 105{plus minus}4.2 nm). In (B), microparticles are more of microvesicle size (mode, 294{plus minus}13.5 nm). Thus, depending on the cell line, a 100,000 x g isolation can yield both exosomes and microvesicles. (C-F) PC-Exo isolated from the plasma of different PC patients show that the majority of microparticles in plasma are exosomes (modes, 156{plus minus}8.6 nm; 88{plus minus}5.0 nm; 92{plus minus}3.1 nm; 100{plus minus}7.0 nm, respectively). Analysis was taken by averaging 5, 60-second movies.
