Abstract: (A) Hypothetical interactions between NE-associated transcription factors upregulated in CHGA+/SYP+/AR- tumors that promote the AR- NE phenotype. (B) A Venn diagram comparing genes with a SAM score >2.5 between CHGA- and CHGA+/SYP- metastases and CHGA+/SYP+/AR- metastases (598 genes) or CHGA+/SYP+/AR+ metastases (61 genes). Thirty-seven genes with a SAM score >2.5 were common to CHGA+/SYP+/AR- and CHGA+/SYP+/AR+ metastases.
