Abstract: Cellular tumor purity for biopsies is greater than 70%. Tumor purity from biopsies was analyzed with the Estimate Package from Bioconductor using R language. The majority (85%) of biopsies have an estimated cellular purity of over 70%, with small differences observed between pre and post-tx biopsies. Patient 17 had both 8-week and 6-months post-tx biopsies. Tx: therapy.
