Abstract: Tumor infiltrating cells from paired melanoma tissue (N=5 pre-Ipi; N=5 post-Ipi) were analyzed by CyTOF. The impact of ipilimumab on the intratumoral frequency of A) CD3+CD8+ T cells, and B) CD3-CD8+CD56+ NK cells. Each plot shows mean with SD, and each symbol represents an individual patient. Statistical significance is defined as P < 0.05.
