Abstract: Supplemental figure 5: A) Primary HSCs were treated with increasing doses of SHP-1 inhibitor, TPI-1 for 48 hours and viability was analyzed by staining with acridine orange-propidium iodide (AO-PI dye) using Nexcelom automated cell counter. Data are mean {plus minus}SEM from four biological replicates. Methylcellulose colony assays were setup using 1500 HSCs from healthy donors in the presence/absence of SHP-1 inhibitor, TPI-1 (4μM).
