Abstract: Treatment of MM cells with the DNA demethylase 5-aza-2'-deoxycytidine (5-Aza) results in restoration of RIPK3 expression. MM cells lacking RIPK3 protein expression (RIPK3-negative) were treated with 30 µM of 5-Aza for 4 days. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis was performed to analyze RIPK3 transcript levels in the RIPK3-negative cell lines.
