Abstract: Canine primary lung cancer cell line sensitivity to lapatinib. Four canine cell lines (three HER2WT and one HER2V659E) were treated with 14 lapatinib doses ranging from 100 μM to 5.5x10-2 nM for 72 hours with CellTiterGlo viability endpoints were measured and shown as percent survival relative to DMSO vehicle control.
