Abstract: (A) Scatter plot of GATA3 versus NECTIN4 mRNA expression demonstrates a positive correlation between GATA3 and NECTIN4 mRNA expression in bladder cancer cell lines, with a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.595, p=7.4E-5. (Source: DepMap) (B) Distribution of cell dependency scores for NECTIN4 from CRISPR knockout and RNAi knockdown experiments in 625 and 711 cell lines, respectively, which were obtained from DepMap. A score of 0 denotes that the gene is not essential for cell life, whereas -1 denotes that the gene is a common essential gene.
