Abstract: Effects on STAT phosphorylation following ex vivo exposure of pre-treatment patient myeloblasts to merestinib and LY2874455. Changes in pSTAT3 and pSTAT5 after drug treatment were measured by phospho-flow cytometry and normalized to vehicle-treated controls after 1-hr incubation with drug ex vivo.
