Abstract: Detection of EBV-specific IgG in sera from incident NPC cases and healthy controls in the SCHS cohort. Heatmap depicting IgG heavy and light chain-specific (IgGH+L) detection values from 20 incident NPC case-control pairs and the data is represented similarly to Fig 2 with Fisher’s exact test identifying proteins (bolded) that discriminate case from controls and denoted *p<0.05, **p<0.01, ***p<0.001, ****p<0.0001. IgGH+L represents total antibody responses because light chains common to all antibody isotypes are detected.
