Abstract: Additional Prussian blue and CD68 staining in a tumor core biopsy after FMX dosing. (A, B) Serial tumor sections from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded biopsies of liver lesions were stained for (A) FMX (Prussian blue) and (B) macrophages (CD68). FMX deposition is detectable primarily in vascular-accessible macrophages in stromal areas surrounding tumor lesions.
