Supplemental Figure 3 from Toxicity Attribution in Phase I Trials: Evaluating the Effect of Dose on the Frequency of Related and Unrelated Toxicities
Year: 2023
Type: supplementary-materials
Abstract: Demonstrates hypothetically the effect that systematic misattribution of disease-related toxicities as drug-related could have on the observed rate of drug-related toxicity as well as its relationship with dose. In this example, the observed rate of drug-related toxicity increases by 10% across all dose levels but the relationship with dose (as demonstrated by the slope of the curve) remains unchanged.
