Tecnologías de información y comunicación y desarrollo organizacional en el Área Comercial de una compañía peruana de seguros, 2022

Abstract: The main purpose of the research was to determine the relationship between information and communication technologies (ICT) and organizational development (OD) in the Commercial Area of a Peruvian insurance company in 2022. The research was developed under the quantitative approach, correlational scope and used the non-experimental correlational-causal cross-sectional design; the participants were 90 commercial advisors of the company under study, to whom a Likert-type questionnaire composed of 16 items was applied. After processing and analyzing the information, a moderate and significant relationship was found between ICT and DO, since a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.666 was obtained.
