Abstract: Droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) of the peripheral blood cell DNA from 4 cases with JAK2 V617F found on plasma next-generation sequencing (NGS). In each, the JAK2 mutation was detected (top), consistent with clonal hematopoiesis, while not detected in a control sample.
