Abstract: A, tumor mass of the excised tumor at four weeks of treatment and change in tumor volume as measured by caliper for each tumor normalized to day zero of low dose decitabine (20 mg/kg, SC, 3x per week) or vehicle administered for four weeks in a subcutaneous xenograft model using a KRAS-mutant cell line (OVCAR8) (*, p = 0.03; Mann-Whitney). B, tumor mass of the excised tumor at four weeks of treatment and change in tumor volume for each tumor normalized to day zero of low-dose decitabine (20 mg/kg SC, 3x per week), navitoclax (100 mg/kg IP, 5x per week), or vehicle treatment administered alone or in combination for four weeks in a subcutaneous xenograft model using a KRAS-mutant cell line (OVCAR8) (**, p < 0.001; t-test). Week four treatment omitted one injection of decitabine and two injections of navitoclax.
