Abstract: The supplemental figures demonstrate data supportive of the overall conclusions of this manuscript including MDSC flow cytometry gating strategy, evidence for moderate suppression of peripheral MDSC T-lymphocyte suppressive capacity after IPI-145 monotherapy, evidence that combination IPI-145 and PD-L1 mAb do not alter tumor MDSC infiltration, and results suggesting that IPI-145 alone or in combination with PD-L1 mAb does not alter the growth phenotype of poorly immunogenic MOC2 tumors.
