Abstract: PDF 116K, Figure S1. (A) Western blot results for p-paxillin and p-P130cas for the dose-finding experiment. HeyA8 cells were injected into the peritoneal cavity of 18 nude mice (2.5x105 cells per mouse). When tumors were palpable (4-5 weeks after the injection), mice were given 1 dose of 15mg/kg or 25mg/kg KX-01 orally. At 24, 36, or 48 hours after the treatment, mice were sacrificed and tumor tissues harvested. (B, C) Mouse weight following treatment in the RMUG-S and RMUG-L models (mean {plus-minus} standard deviation). No significant weight loss was observed in any of the groups
