Abstract: Supplementary Movie S2 - MOV file 4338K, Time-lapse imaging of FUCCI-expressing tumor spheres cultured in three-dimensional culture without serum (3D culture), or tumor sphere in monolayer culture with serum (monolayer culture). Images were acquired every 20 min. The playback speed is 12,342 x real time. Total imaging time = 48 hours. The cells in G0/ G1, S, or G2/M phases appear red, yellow, or green, respectively.
