Abstract: Supplemental Figure 1. The F53L, Q56P, K57N and D67N mutants were sensitive to MEK inhibition when treated with the 1 μM of the MEK inhibitor Selumetinib (AZD6244). ERK activation decreased significantly after 30 minutes of treatment.
