Abstract: Supplementary Figure 1. Immunoblotting for PD-L1. A band can be seen in the Mel624 cells stably transfected with PD-L1, but not in the untransfected control. Other melanoma cultures show variable PD-L1 levels. Equal protein gel loading was assessed by probing for expression of β-actin.
