Abstract: Supplementary Figure 1. Combination of ritonavir and metformin is growth inhibitory in solid tumors such as breast and ovarian cancers. Breast (A) ovarian (B) cancer cell lines were cultured in the presence of 20µM ritonavir, and/or increasing concentrations of metformin for 72 hours. Impact of treatments on cell proliferation was evaluated by an MTS assay. Doxorubicin (10uM) was used as a positive control.
