Abstract: Unsupervised clustering of DNA methylation using 56 genes epi-signature in an independent data set encompassing 37 renal cell carcinomas cases. C2 contains the majority of oncocytoma and chromophobe RCC cases (n=11/13) as compared to C1 which encompasses the remaining RCC subtypes including clear-cell RCC (ccRCC) , papillary RCC (pRCC) and translocation RCC (tRCC).
