Abstract: Supplementary Figure S2 related to Figure 3. Representative image of cell cycle distribution of FaDu and UNC7 cells determined by FACS analysis. Cells were treated with vehicle, adavosertib (AZD1775, 500 nM), alisertib (MLN8237, 250 nM), or the combination for 8 and 24 hours and followed by PI staining. Cell cycle distribution was assessed by FACS analysis and analyzed using FlowJo software.
