Abstract: Time-lapse movie showing the fusion between spheres during the transformation phase of blebbishield emergency program in LNCaP cells. Live LNCaP cells were induced to undergo apoptosis and blebbishield formation and then subjected to transformation. The transformation phase was subjected to time-lapse microscopy, which showed the fusion between transformed spheres. Note the weak attachment of spheres to the substratum.
