Abstract: Comparative time-lapse movie showing the differences in migratory behavior between RT4P cells and PBSHMS cells (See Fig. 3a for details on PBSHMS cells) to demonstrate that immune cell fusion enables migration. Freshly trypsinized RT4P and PBSHMS cells were subjected to time-lapse microscopy, which showed the increased migration of PBSHMS cells. The migratory cells with multinucleation were marked with orange arrows (See Fig. 3e right most panel).
