Abstract: Time-lapse movie showing the exit phase of blebbishield emergency program. Live RT4P cells were induced to undergo apoptosis and blebbishield formation and subjected to transformation (shown in the schematic of supplemental figure 1b on left). The transformation phase was subjected to time-lapse microscopy, which showed the exit phase, during which polarized cells emerged out of transformed spheres (orange arrows).
