Supplementary Figures with Figure legends from PIN1 Maintains Redox Balance via the c-Myc/NRF2 Axis to Counteract Kras-Induced Mitochondrial Respiratory Injury in Pancreatic Cancer Cells
Year: 2023
Type: supplementary-materials
Abstract: Supplementary Figure 1 showed PIN1 promotes the growth of pancreatic cancer cells in vitro. Supplementary Figure 2 showed PIN1 affects the expression of the expression of mitochondrial proteins. Supplementary Figure 3 showed Immunoblot analysis of anti-oxidative genes expression in pancreatic cancer cells with silencing of PIN1 expression. Supplementary Figure 4 showed c-Myc is involved in PIN1-induced malignant potential. Supplementary Figure 5 showed the percentage of NRF2-positive cells with different grades of PIN1 expression in the PDAC tissue microarray.
