Abstract: Supplementary figures showing 1) strong correlations between TGF-beta and ECM transcripts, 2) validation of isolated primary PSCs showing high purity for cells isolated and used in this study, 3) increased therapeutic perfusion following antifibrotic therapy in PDA, 4) image analysis of our novel algorithm to capture features histologically evaluated immune infiltration, 5) increased immune infiltration, and particularly anti-tumor immune cell infiltration, in PDA following antifibrotic therapy, and 6) no apparent whole animal or normal-adjacent pancreas toxicity following HF treatment.
