(A) A secondary panel of neuroblastoma cell lines demonstrated Wee1 expression and activation (evidenced by phospho-Ser642) by western blot. Cdc2 activity was observed in all neuroblastoma lines. (B) A variety of adult cancer lines were tested for Wee1 phosphorylation, and were generally much lower than that seen in neuroblastoma (far right lanes)
