Abstract: VCaP cells were grown for 24 h in complete (A) or AD (B) medium. Cells were treated with edelfosine (1, 2.5, 5, 10 and 20 µM) with control groups receiving PBS (0.01 M) vehicle (S1A) VCaP and (S1B) VCaP + AD. Cells were monitored and cell proliferation was measured in real time by RTCA cell proliferation assay and the average cell index was shown for 72 h. Each data point is represented by its means (n = 3) {plus minus} SD.
