Abstract: As in Figure 3E of the main text, MM1.S and RPMI 8226 cells were treated for 24 hours with caspase 9 inhibitor (LEHD; 50 µM), pan-caspase inhibitor, Q-VD-OPH, (VD; 25 µM), or caspase 10 inhibitor (AEVD; 25 µM) alone. Relative cell viability was determined using MTT assay.
