Abstract: PDF file - 501K, Experimental protocol for the AOM/DSS mouse model of colon cancer associated with colitis. 11.9 mg/kg/day of whole AG extract, the Hexane Fraction of AG or Vehicle (1x PBS) was given to the respective group of mice by oral gavage after a single injection of AOM (10 mg/kg) and 1 week of 1% DSS. The mice from each group were euthanized on days indicated.
