Abstract: PDF file - 409K, ANA-1 Murine Macrophage cells exposed to the Hexane Fraction of AG undergo apoptosis in vitro. ANA-1 cells were exposed to the Hexane Fraction of AG (260 μg/ml) for indicated times. Fluorescent TUNEL assay was performed to determine apoptosis post-treatment and analyzed by flow-cytometry. Percentage of apoptotic cells were depicted in each histogram. A minimum of 20,000 cells were counted for each treatment.
