Abstract: PDF file, 556K, S1. (A) Expression of Cad11 in C42B4 cells increased the cell migration. However, Cad11-mediated migratory activity of C42B4/Cad11 cells was not Inhibited by mAb 2C7 or 1A5. Another antibody, mAb 1B9, showed inhibition of migration and was used as a positive control. (B) Cad11-mediated invasion was not inhibited by mAb 2C7 or 1A5, but was inhibited by mAb 1B9.
