Abstract: T cells isolated from cured mice show tumor-specific memory and stronger virus-specific memory (18 hours). A. ELISA from supernatants of co-cultures collected at 18 hours showing IFNγ levels in each treatment group. While some IFNγ secretion is seen when T cells are co-cultured with MC38-Luc, IFNγ production increases significantly following viral infection. B. Co-culture performed with and without MHC-I blockade shows decreased IFNγ production from activated T cells. C. MCH-II blockade leads to no changes in IFNγ production.
