Immunohistochemical staining of ADAM12 in Lewis Lung tumors grown for 15 days in ADAM12+/- mice using A) 2�g/mL affinity purified ADAM12 polyclonal antibody from ProteinTech Group or B) 10 �g/mL normal rabbit IgG fraction (Dako) as primary antibodies. Sections were counterstained with hematoxylin. A and B use identical magnification with scale bar in B = 20�m Detection was performed using the DakoChemMate detection kit (Dako).
