Abstract: Supplementary Figure 1 shows that CDK2 and CDK9 are involved in BAK-dependent melanoma apoptosis induced by dinaciclib.Supplementary Figure 2 shows that BRAF inhibition suppresses melanoma through BAX. Supplementary Figure 3 shows combinational effects of dinaciclib with BAX-activating drugs.
