Abstract: HCI-009 PDX experimental principal component analyses. (A-B) RNAseq principal component analyses (PC) for HCI-009 PDX experiments. (A) HCI-009 PDX tumor portions were injected into the mammary fat pads of female NSG mice supplemented with cellulose or DHT (dihydrotestosterone); n=5-7 mice per group. (B) HCI-009 PDX tumor portions were injected into the mammary fat pads of female NSG mice. Mice were administered vehicle or 150mg/kg/day Sevi (seviteronel); n=4-5 mice per group.
