Abstract: H1299 cells stably co-transfected with KillerRed- and EGFP-expressing vectors (H1299-KillerRed-EGFP) were irradiated for 12 hours. Cells showed morphological changes following photobleaching and started to die, which could be visualized with GFP expression.
