Abstract: Supplemental figures 1-4. S1. Analysis miR-181a copy numbers in gDNA samples with TaqMan Copy Number Assay. A-D, are representative images for negative control, CS-1, JJ, and Huvec samples. E, miR-181a copy number was calculated from absolute quantification data using RainDance Software for the three samples. S2. ELISA shows VEGF (A) and pro-MMP1 (B) secretion in condition medium in CS-1 and CS-1 transduced with lenti-construct control sequence (Zip-con). There is no significant difference. P>0.05, n=4. S3. RGS16 is a predicted target of miR-181a. S4. Alignment of miR-181a with 3' UTR of RGS16.
