Abstract: Supplemental Figure 4. A. Primary (483 and 484) and recurrent (419 and 481) cultures were pulsed with 50 nM CPT for 2 hours, and fixed 2 hours later. Cells were immunofluorescence- stained for γH2AX (green) and Rad51 foci (red) and imaged at 40X magnification. Nuclei are stained with DAPI (blue). Representative images are shown. The proportion of DSBs (marked by γH2AX foci) undergoing homologous recombination repair (marked by Rad51 foci) was determined by scoring γH2AX and Rad51 foci. The ratio of Rad51 and γH2AX foci (y-axis) is plotted against the respective cell line (x-axis). Error bars, S.E.M. B.
