Expression of exogenous GFP-TLE1 in stable MCF10A derived GFP-TLE1 and control overexpressing cells was confirmed by SDSPAGE and immunoblotting using the total cell lysates derived from control and TLE1 overexpressing pools against specific antibodies to TLE1 and B-actin. S2 Knockdown of TLE1 has no impact on the morphology and anchorage-dependent growth of breast cancer cells.
