Abstract: Protein kinase inhibition profile for 1. Compound 1 was tested against a panel of 342 kinases at a single dose concentration of 20 μM. Columns labeled 'Data 1' and 'Data 2' indicate data from technical replicates. Control compound staurosporine was tested in a 10-dose IC50 format using 4-fold serial dilution at a starting concentration of 20 μM. Reactions were carried out using 10 μM ATP. Data shown are normalized to a DMSO vehicle control and displayed as % enzyme activity. ND indicates that compound was not tested against the specific kinase indicated. Compound 1 data are conditionally formatted on a red to green scale so that kinases inhibited to a greater degree are highlighted in red, and kinases inhibited to a lesser degree are highlighted in green.
