Abstract: Figure S5. HCT116 cells were treated with different dose of 5FU (6.25, 12.5, 25 μM) for 72hrs. The cells were lysed in RIPA lysis buffer. 50 μg of protein was resolved on SDS-PAGE gel, transferred on the nitrocellulose member. The membrane was probed with Rac1b, Rac1 and actin antibodies.
